Keem has over 20 years experience in petroleum engineering and oil & gas exploitation across Africa, Middle East and North America. He obtained a B. Eng. in Petroleum Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri; and an M. Eng. in Production Engineering from the University of Benin. Keem also holds a Master Certificate in Project Management from the Schulich School Business of the York University, Toronto and an MBA with specialization in Global Energy from the Haskayne School Business of the University of Calgary.
Keem's working experience cuts across multinational and mid size oil & gas corporations including Shell E & P (Nigeria), Saudi Aramco (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) and Ridgeback Resources (Canada). His core skills and competences include oil & gas resource volume evaluation and management, field development planning (FDP), reservoir simulation, asset and portfolio review and management, well & reservoir surveillance and management, enhanced oil recovery (EOR) planning & management and business development & strategy formulation. He holds special interest in renewable energy development, energy transition and energy project investment funding advisory.
Keem Ibrahim is a registered Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) with the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA), Canada. He is also a long time member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and Project Management Institute (PMI). He has held several positions within the SPE community in Nigeria.
Keem is an ardent golfer and an avid soccer lover.

Ugochukwu is a Principal Reservoir Engineer with over 20years experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with expertise in green and brown field development.
His competencies include Reservoir simulation, Integrated production system modelling, Portfolio Management and Analysis, Wells, Reservoir and Field Management to mention but a few. He is a subject matter expert in Resource volume estimation, classification, reporting and assurance. His training and education include a Masters degree (MSc) in Project Management from the Curtin University of Technology Sarawak Malaysia.
He possesses various certifications, some of which include;
- Certificate of Completion of Training in Petroleum/General Engineering/Soft skills from Robert Gordon University Scotland / Shell Intensive Training Program (S.I.T.P)
- Certified Reservoir Engineering Technical Authority (TA2)
He is highly sought after having won several performance awards while working in Shell Malaysia and Nigeria.

Demi Ibrahim has 10+ years’ experience in environmental conservation & management, and public policy advisory. She holds a Bachelor's degree (B. Env.) in Environmental Studies from the University of Manitoba (Canada), and a Master of Science degree (M. Sc.) in environmental science & policy from the Johns Hopkins University (USA); and is a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) candidate at the University of Alberta (Canada).
Demi possesses extensive experience managing Land Leases, Land Use for oil & gas exploitation; and public policy advisory for and on behalf of the Government of Alberta in Canada.
She is an ardent fashion & wellness blogger.
GIDEON GIWA(B. Sc.)

Gideon is an experienced petroleum geologist who interned with Chevron Oil before joining Royal Dutch Shell (RDS). He has worked at RDS operational theatres in Niger Delta basin Nigeria, New ventures Exploration in HQ at The Hague and Exploration in Europe and Russia out of London. Gideon identified a growing need for specific digital geological solutions which significant impact on Basin modelling, Reservoir facies modelling and exploration and development subsurface study and field development planning. He is at the moment, focussed on addressing “back to rocks” basis for deploying business impacting digitalization solutions for the energy industry.
He set up Rocksolve, a UK based geological solutions company to address this need. As CEO for Rocksolve, Gideon is responsible for developing the company and managing a team of highly-skilled experts in supplying training, consultancy and digital geological tools to the oil and gas industry, government agencies, universities and key energy industry workers around the globe.
When not working, Gideon can always be found on the golf course.
